With more than 30 years of residential resale and development experience and a reputation for superior, hands-on service, Steve Rutter possesses an in-depth knowledge of the New York City marketplace and the character of its various neighborhoods.
After many successful years selling real estate, Steve became first a Sales Manager and then Senior Managing Director at Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, ultimately overseeing the firm's new development projects in Brooklyn. Since joining Stribling Marketing Associates in 2006, Steve has been involved with many significant projects, including the Plaza, One Hanson Place, Devonshire House at 28 East 10th Street, 211 Elizabeth Street, 151 East 78th Street, 210 West 77th Street, 250 West 81st Street and 275 West 10th Street. He is committed to ensuring that developers receive the best possible service on their projects, from inception to closing. He supervises all phases of the development process, paying careful attention to pre-development planning: identifying the target buyer and advising on the appropriate unit mix, layouts, amenities program and pricing.
Whether the project is large or small, Steve directs the Stribling team with a keen attention to detail which has helped him earn a citywide reputation for listening to clients' needs and following through to thoroughly fulfill their goals.
