Integrity, creativity, and hard work matter. There’s no “app” for buying and selling property as good as a dedicated broker.

Emily Fisher loves living and working in Brooklyn and knows it well, having moved here more than 20 years ago, by way of Manhattan, Italy, Brazil, New England, and California. Emily has experience in brokering deals in a number of neighborhoods in Brooklyn, including Boerum Hill (where she lives), Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, Windsor Terrace, Prospect Lefferts, Park Slope, Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Red Hook, Williamsburg, Flatbush, Canarsie, and Bay Ridge, among others."Wherever you need to go, I'll be there." She has personally bought, renovated, rented and sold houses, condos, and investment properties. She also retains a fondness for large prewar coops and rather enjoys putting together a good board package. Her experience and versatility in the real estate market help her to identify what makes a property special, spot the best opportunities for her buyers, and find practical solutions to any problems that may arise, smoothing the path to as a successful transaction.

Before working in real estate, Emily was a producer and director of award-winning nationally broadcast documentaries about the arts for PBS and was a radio producer and reporter on WNYC.Skills honed in the field of media - good research, clear communication, getting the story right, and negotiation - come into play every day in the field of real estate, along with the satisfaction of helping clients achieve their goals.
