Both lots rise dramatically from the Sea Horse Ranch roadway to a spectacular height of some 4 meters above the sea. The sandy beach in front of these lots rise to a sandy bank covered with sea-grape and almond trees and quickly mount to the lots high point about 60 meters behind the high-tide line.
