Tracie F. Golding - Stribling & Associates

With over 21 years of experience, Tracie Golding is known for her integrity, skill and success. Her work ethic and knowledge of the market have earned her the trust and respect of her clients, colleagues and the New York real estate community. Having sold over half a billion dollars of real estate over her career, Tracie has consistently been one of the top-producing brokers at Stribling. Her energy, charisma and intelligence helped her to become one of the youngest top producers in Stribling's history. She also holds the title of Associate Broker and has The Real Estate Board of New York accreditation NYRS. Tracie came to the business naturally: two of her great grandfathers were important developers and builders in New York City, responsible for such notable additions to the skyline as the Squibb Building and Two Park Avenue.

Tracie's negotiating success can be attributed to her excellent listening skills and her careful attention to detail. Her buyers and sellers also benefit from her ability to wade through sophisticated financial documents and prepare first-rate board packages. Approaching her work in a professional and disciplined manner, Tracie has the unusual ability to stay calm under pressure. Putting her clients first and adhering to the highest ethical standards, Tracie is attentive to the financial and emotional considerations involved in each transaction.

Tracie has fine-tuned the art of marketing and tailors an approach for each property she represents, obtaining the highest possible price for her sellers. Her realistic approach to pricing and her insightful market analyses have proven to be valuable to her clients, as she is able to offer a clear and pragmatic analysis of the ever-fluid Manhattan real estate market. Tracie possesses an unusual depth of knowledge about each neighborhood in Manhattan, uptown and down, having worked and lived in most.

Tracie has a large network of mortgage brokers, attorneys, contractors and other service providers to enhance and streamline the transaction experience. It's working: she is very proud that the majority of her business comes through referrals from satisfied customers. Tracie's experience and expertise have caught the attention of one of the newest internet referral websites, and she has been chosen to be featured in an online video.

Tracie is a board member of the Grand Street Settlement House and JCP Downtown. She is also active in her children's school, the Packer Collegiate Institute.

My Approach

"I approach every new client with the goal of building a long term relationship. I focus on understanding and prioritizing each client's financial and personal goals, and then will provide them with an honest assessment of what I believe is achievable for a purchase or sale given New York City's constantly evolving market conditions. I want my clients to feel like I am their partner, not just their broker, with a vested interest in achieving their definition of success. "

“Within one week, Tracie brought in four bids for our apartment. A bidding war quickly pushed the offers above our asking price, and we couldn't be happier with Tracie's work.” -Jennifer

“I find the combination of qualities that Tracie possesses as an agent to be extremely unusual and very special.” Jonathan

“Tracie made selling a home in the city as pleasurable of an experience as we could imagine.” -Purvi

“I was relocating back to NYC when I worked with Tracie. She's the most outstanding agent I know.” Josh

“Tracie really knows how to balance advising her clients and enabling them to make their own decisions. She's a great resource with a wealth of knowledge.” Julia

“Tracie really stands out among the agents within New York City, and at this point, I wouldn't use anyone else.” Samantha

“At a time in which open houses generally failed to attract many prospective buyers, Tracie was able to spark an enormous amount of interest in my property, and I accepted a bid just four weeks after listing it.” Jerome

“Tracie is very patient, disciplined, and detail-oriented. I've already recommended her to about fifty people, and I wouldn't hesitate to continue.” -Jeff

"Knowledgeable, determined, friendly, and immensely kind, Tracie exceeded all of our expectations. After finding us the perfect apartment, she ensured that it became ours, guiding us in every step along the way. Really, Tracie is far more than an excellent real estate broker; she’s a great friend." -Alex W.

"On the advice of friends, we first contacted Tracie to help evaluate our midtown apartment in 2012. She was very helpful as we evaluated our position and prospects and responded graciously when her work came to naught when we decided to rent out the apartment. We reached out again at the end of 2014 and her response was enthusiastic and prompt. She worked with our tenants to stage and photograph our apartment beautifully and worked very, very hard to show the apartment at its best. We ended up with several offers, including one all-cash offer above asking price. Throughout the process Tracie was extremely fair, extremely responsive and extremely efficient. We recommend her highly and would use her again for our New York real estate needs." –Priya C.
