"I know how huge a decision buying a home is for a family or an individual. So I listen closely, keep track of all the details, and give my clients around-the-clock service to make sure we find the home and neighborhood that meets their most important needs."
Tony Simone and Ria Browne provided exceptional service to us when we sold our Brooklyn apartment. Tony was relentless and instrumental in helping us to successfully navigate some issues we were having with city administrative agencies. He was in constant contact with us, and not only reassured us through the process, he made sure it got done. Ria describes what she does not as sales, but as a valued service, and we couldn’t agree more with this. We received numerous solicitations from various brokers, but there was something different about Ria. She is the commensurate professional and helped us successfully sell our apartment sooner than we expected, and with exactly the results that we wanted. We can’t recommend Tony and Ria highly enough.”

Tony was recommended to me through one of his colleagues when I was beginning my apartment hunt this summer. He took such an interest in wanting to sit down and talk to me to make sure we would feel good about working together. As soon as I met him, I knew this was someone who I wanted to be working with to find my new home. He listened intently to everything that was important to me in my new place, and then went out and tried to find them. I would wake up to multiple emails of listings and we would be out the next day viewing them. What I really appreciated about Tony was that he was always up-front and honest about everything throughout our whole process, and I never once felt any pressure from him to say yes to something I didn't love. He always stressed personal relationship and finding a new home for me over making a commission, which was something that I was so grateful for. Tony is someone who makes what can be such a stressful process of finding a new home in this crazy city, efficient and fun.
It was a pleasure to work with Tony to find our apartment. Tony dropped everything to work with us last minute due to our own unforeseen circumstances, and he was so helpful with setting up showings, learning our preferences and needs, and working through the lease application and approval process with us ... all over one long weekend! His network in the real estate industry was essential to finding our apartment. We appreciated Tony's enthusiasm, initiative, and experience, and we would happily work with Tony again.

Tony has made our relocation to New York City from abroad as smooth as possible. We knew when meeting him - firstly over several long-distance calls and finally during our visits to the city - that he cared about us. Tony listened closely and worked hard to show us options and then narrow the search. In a matter of days, we felt we had the information we needed to make our decision.
And then he did what we thought would be the impossible. From the other side of the world, Tony helped us navigate application to the building of our dreams. He advised, guided and made sure that we were putting our best foot forward. Once we arrived at the building, we could tell he was more nervous than we were - hoping that we’d love the place as much as he expected we would. We did. Since then, he has checked in from time to time to be sure we are OK. Professional and caring through it all!
Without hesitation, we would recommend Tony to anyone looking for personable, knowledgeable and supportive real estate advice.
