Experience
Tim is an integral part of the highly-successful and well-respected sales team led by Sean Turner. Working side-by-side, Tim & Sean are constantly selling the best of what NYC has to offer with a main focus on Downtown Manhattan (especially the Village and Tribeca), as well as, the Brooklyn Market. Aside from re-sales, Tim has worked with Sean on the most sought after New Developments that have come to market. Some of these include; the Roman & Williams designed 211 Elizabeth Street, the Skylofts at 145 Hudson Street in Tribeca, Smyth Upstairs above the Smyth Tribeca Hotel & most recently 130 West 12th Street a Rudin Family Development in the heart of the Village.
The personal side of things is perhaps where Tim is most proud. He is a devoted husband, father and accomplished Ironman Triathlete. Having lived in or around NYC for his entire life, Tim prides himself on his knowledge of the area and vast network. Taking the skills and patience required in raising a family or competing in a long distance endurance event, Tim has found success in NYC’s competitive Real Estate world and looks to continue to help his clients find their “perfect” home.
