Stacey’s warm manner, excellent communication skills, conscientious attention to detail and high level of organization have proven to be valuable assets in her real estate career.
A resident of the Upper West Side since 1992, Stacey has also lived on the Upper East Side, in Chelsea and in Battery Park City, when it was newly developed. Stacey has raised her (now teenage) children in Manhattan and loves city life. She has bought and fully renovated two of her own pre-war co-ops, through which she developed a great talent for not only finding the right New York apartment, but for making it feel like a home.
Prior to her career in real estate, Stacey enjoyed an 18- year career in the cosmetics industry as a Marketing Executive. She was instrumental in establishing the “Clarins Paris” brand in the U.S. market with her strong marketing skills, fluency in French and international awareness, gained from years studying abroad.
Stacey has also been an active volunteer at Trinity, her children’s school on the Upper West side. She’s held numerous positions there over the years, including her recent role as President of the Parents’ Association and member (ex officio) of the Board of Trustees.
“The experience with Stacey was professional and delightful. She worked very hard, trying to find the ideal place to meet our needs. We looked at numerous potential opportunities, until she found the apartment we ultimately purchased. During our work together, no request was too much to ask of her, and every response was quick and professional, all in the background of her pleasing personality.
We now regard Stacey as a friend, and we take pleasure in recommending her to any of our friends and associates who might need real estate advice.” - David L.
“Thanks to Stacey Bradie, our experience in finding the perfect apartment was almost effortless - not a word that often describes shopping for real estate in New York City. We told Stacey what we were looking for and where; she compiled a short list of properties, each of which was exactly what we had described, and each of which gave us a different perspective on the type of property we could choose. By the end of a very pleasant day we had found the perfect place. Stacey shepherded us through the negotiation, board approval and closing with professionalism and good humor. We never once felt that we weren't in good hands. She was an utter delight.” - Susan D.
“When I went looking for my first apartment in New York City, I didn't know what to expect. I was lucky enough to be referred to Stacey and she just made it all seem so easy. She sent me listings in advance so I could narrow down the search and she helped me find a great apartment in a terrific neighborhood. Stacey guided me every step of the way -- I would have been lost without her.” - Emily S.
