Equally at home in a Manhattan co-op, a TriBeCa condo or a Brooklyn townhouse, Sam is at ease working in the diverse marketplace that New York represents.

That kind of flexibility has served Sam well. For more than a decade, he has been privileged to participate in transactions in some of Manhattan's best buildings. He has helped bring to market new developments, represented buyers to find value in competitive markets and marketed homes of prestige and elegance. He has represented sellers and purchasers in single transactions up to $12 million and rental transactions up to $20,000 per month.

Since moving with his family to storied Brooklyn Heights, Sam has begun to offer Stribling-caliber brokerage to a neighborhood that deserves nothing less. Sam has closed transactions in Brooklyn Heights and Park Slope ranging from $400,000 to $4 million.

Sam came to New York to pursue a Master of Fine Arts degree from NYU. He is a Jesuit-educated alumnus of Georgetown Preparatory School in North Bethesda, Maryland, and Loyola University in New Orleans. Sam lives in Brooklyn Heights with his wife and daughter. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Brooklyn Heights Association, and a supporter of the Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy.
