Millie began her career in real estate in 1999 and has been fortunate enough to work in multiple facets of the business: residential sales, investor sales, foreclosure sales and new development sales. She works diligently to help buyers find their perfect home and sellers get their best price.

Millie's analytical and negotiating skills gained her preferred broker status for a large bank needing to sell low-performing assets. Through personal experience and creative intuition, Millie helps many investors purchase, renovate and resell real estate. Most recently, she has focused her business on new residential developments. Millie was director of sales for One Hanson Place and Beacon Tower, both fantastic projects in Brooklyn. She recently achieved a successful sellout of 456 West 19th Street, an outstanding Tamarkin Co. project in West Chelsea.

Keeping abreast of the market is easy for Millie. She is passionate about architecture, people and cultures, and is always eager to learn. Outside of the luxury market, Millie's interest extends to affordable housing; she volunteers with such wonderful organizations as Common Ground in NYC and Habitat for Humanity internationally.

Millie has lived in Manhattan, Chicago, Atlanta and Florence, Italy. Today, she is happy to call Brooklyn home.
