Knowledge, experience, integrity and total commitment to outstanding client service and satisfaction define my motivation and methodology to success in real estate sales.
Experience
Linda Basilice-Hoerrner brings a wealth of experience, dedication, attention and loyalty to her clients, and a love for the real estate business. For more than 35 years, Linda has bought, sold and renovated many properties in New York, Florida and Pennsylvania. She has a penchant for detail and negotiating. Her entrepreneurial background serves her well in today’s fast paced New York real estate market. Linda was an investor in two nationally recognized restaurants: Carmine’s and Virgil’s. In addition to multiple real estate investments, her present portfolio includes several thoroughbred racehorses that are currently trained in New York, Kentucky and Florida in preparation for some of the most prestigious stakes races in the country.
Linda embarked upon her professional career at age 21 as a high school science and math teacher. She had already earned her bachelor of science degree from Marymount Manhattan College and successfully completed her master's degree at St. John’s University. She credits her skills as a teaching professional with laying the groundwork for her future success dealing with many challenges.
When not attending to the needs of her clients, Linda can be found enjoying the pursuit of her other passions. The blessings of a loving family and friends are her greatest joy. A devoted “people person,” Linda also works tirelessly to promote the success of various charitable organizations and programs. Through the years, she has served on multiple committees and/or chaired several philanthropic events for Madonna Heights, the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Long Island and the Wall Street Charity Fund. Most recently, Linda and her husband, Augie, have started an endowment to benefit Dowling College students with learning disabilities.
My Approach
"There is constant dialogue and exchange with my clients. My sellers have my total commitment to securing a successful and timely sale of their home. My buyers have the benefit of my experience and knowledge of properties that will offer them viable alternatives to meet their expectations."
Testimonials
"Linda provided us with service people when we needed it, apartment sitting when we could not be there and everything else to make our lives easier. On the business side she handled our interview process perfectly, taking questions for my brother, wife and daughter with equal deference. She followed up appropriately and closed with the perfect amount of persistence. I have been in sales for 30 years, and she is a pro. Also, she had to manage the negotiation deftly and the coordination of the complex legal issues because this was an estate sale with the executor 2,500 mile away.
I would recommend Linda to anyone at any price point. Her attention to detail left no room for doubt about the next step or the right action to take. We were blessed to have picked up her brochure in the lobby when we did."

"My daughter, Olivia, will be attending Marymount in the fall. Last week she and I spent four days in the City for the purpose of finding a suitable apartment. We found one in just one day thanks to Linda Hoerrner’s expertise, diligence and knowledge. Her professionalism was matched only by her genuine interest in our needs and specifically in Olivia’s future at Marymount.
"Thanks to Linda, we are comfortably able to watch our daughter move on to the next stage in her development as an adult."

"You are truly the best! I really appreciate all your help with this rental. You went above and beyond and you have no idea how much that means to me and Melissa. It has been a pleasure dealing with you and getting to know you...your advice and guidance has been so valuable!"
