Prior to living in New York, Joel and Laurence Asseraf resided in Paris, where they were, respectively, a medical doctor and an international lawyer. Through these professional experiences, they have cultivated such qualities as dedication, competence and reliability toward very demanding clients.

Over the past ten years, Joel and Laurence have successfully developed and managed several commercial and residential properties in New York City, the Hamptons and the Caribbean Islands for their own account. This extensive hands-on experience has also allowed them to establish a competent and reliable network of real estate professionals with whom they work closely.

Now, they've decided to bring their expertise to the Stribling team. Whether local or foreign, buyers or sellers, their clients will benefit from a wide array of services: scouting, negotiating and leasing, as well as developing and managing real estate acquisitions.

Joel and Laurence are both fluent in English, French and Spanish.
