Jane Gardner began her career on Wall Street, as a Fixed Income Research Analyst at a top-tier investment bank, before going back to school to get her master's degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Before joining the Stribling team, Jane worked as Vice President of Acquisitions and Finance for a successful New York City developer where she evaluated hundreds of ground-up, conversion and distressed development opportunities, analyzed pricing and absorption trends across the city and collaborated with colleagues on floor plan and design decisions. With her instinctive negotiating ability, excellent communication skills and underlying passion for the market, Jane has transitioned to the sales side of the business with ease; she stands out as a true natural. Her extensive experience in all facets of the development process is beneficial to buyers and sellers alike. She has earned a loyal following who appreciate her professionalism and breadth of market knowledge.

Jane graduated magna cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross with a BA in Economics. Originally from Chicago, she has lived in Manhattan for over a decade and currently resides in the West Village with her husband and son.
