Helaine Winograd, a native New Yorker, has been brokering residential real estate deals since 2003. Interestingly enough, Helaine's involvement in real estate has come full circle. Her first job, after having earned her BBA in MIS from Hofstra University, was in management and technology at Newmark & Co, a major commercial real estate firm. After a foray into the specialty of office operations for telecommunications needs at several definitive New York firms, including Calvin Klein and Goldman Sachs, she returned to real estate as a residential agent and proceeded to become an associate broker, initially at the boutique brokerage division of Cooper Square Realty.
From that period, Helaine has become a building specialist at Gramercy House, Spruce Ridge House, the Hawthorne and the Cove Club, and still maintains strong ties and relationships in these properties.

Nowadays, Helaine can be found happily working at the Stribling & Associates Chelsea office. She looks forward to meeting and working with you.
