Gwen establishes a calm-yet-confident working relationship throughout the entire process of buying or selling a property in Manhattan, using accurate and detailed research about the current real estate landscape, mortgage requirements and pricing.
Gwen has lived in New York since emigrating from her native South Africa in 1976. Starting her professional life as a librarian, Gwen went on to become a sweater designer in the fashion industry and retail proprietor in the knitting world before finally settling on the art of selling residential real estate. As a real estate broker, she is able to share her passion for urban development, architectural design and ecologically friendly living with her customers.
A firm believer in volunteering, Gwen works tirelessly for various organizations as a fundraiser. She remains a vibrant supporter of Room to Read in Southeast Asia, the High Line in New York and cancer research.
