Experience
Combining decades of top-level executive experience with a love for New York City, Gary Mankoff brings impressive professional credentials and multifaceted business expertise to the real estate industry. A Manhattan native whose family owned and managed several Greenwich Village apartment buildings, Gary considers his work in real estate as a homecoming.
Prior to joining Stribling and partnering with his wife, Gigi Mankoff, Gary served as COO for a global division of a Fortune 500 company. His interest in pursuing real estate professionally was inspired by project work with Gigi over the years—and by the extensive knowledge, service and reputation she applies to the process. His dynamic, hands-on leadership running and overseeing businesses, orchestrating and managing multiple projects and negotiating even the most complex and sensitive financial arrangements greatly complements Gigi's efforts for the benefit of property buyers and sellers alike.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, Gary received his MBA from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business. He resides in Morningside Heights.
