Following his graduation from Dartmouth College in 1980, Christopher P. Wilson attended Parsons School of Design. He entered the real estate profession in 1983 and soon became one of New York's most highly regarded brokers, affiliated, over the next fifteen years, with the Halstead Property Company, Stribling & Associates Ltd. and Douglas Elliman. In 1996, Chris earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Investment from the New York University Real Estate Institute and joined the Related Companies, where he was involved in marketing two of their projects: the Strathmore at 400 East 84th Street and the Sagamore at 189 West 89th Street.

Chris returned to Stribling & Associates in 1998 as Stribling’s downtown Director of Sales. While there, he upgraded that division’s sales force while expanding its size by 40%. Stribling’s first TriBeCa Office was opened in 1999 under his supervision. In 2000, Chris became Director, Project Marketing for Stribling Marketing Associates. In this capacity, he supervised Stribling's marketing teams on residential development projects, including the condominium conversion of the renowned Plaza Hotel. Today, as Chief Operating Officer, Chris works side-by-side with both Stribling’s President and Chairman, overseeing all non-brokerage-related activities in its four New York City offices. He also continues to lend his design, brokerage and management expertise, on a select basis, to specific projects at Stribling Marketing Associates.
