My encyclopedic knowledge of cooperatives, townhouses and condominiums, coupled with up-to-date awareness of real estate development, layouts, size and views is legendary and so is my calling card. Knowledge is power and builds the trust that is necessary in every relationship, whether it is with clients or my peers in the industry. It requires disclosure of considerable assets and sophisticated financials machination between the buyer and seller. I have been recognized as Broker of the Year twice in sales achievement by overcoming substantial market obstacles. I never give up; I love a challenge. I have had a number of firsts in my career: the first high-end sale of a condominium signaling the end of the ’91 down market; selling an impressive townhouse in 45 minutes and closing in two weeks; an originator in townhouse rehabilitation for investment resale; selling a vacant lot at a record price where a home had been destroyed; selling two apartments that were to be combined, while at the same time relocating the tenant and the purchaser never viewed the occupied apartment.

I use a graphic designer as well as a stager and stylist whose skills translate into distinctive marketing for each of my exclusives that attracts the attention of potential buyers and brokers. I use the best professional photographer who has had his photos published by Rizzoli Books for his outstanding photography. When applicable I have used narrative video, and had the property featured as a PR piece in the New York Times and other publication. My international reach is through Savills the world’s leading international brokerage and the Luxury Properties Portfolio representing the most discerning properties within the USA and aboard. Selling your property is my priority.

In Manhattan where 70% of the inventory is coop I am notable in my ability to assemble the Coop board package as well as the condominium board packages. These packages are arduous and time consuming requiring countless review and careful preparation. I have an outstanding record of success in achieving coop acceptance.
