As Senior Vice President of Research and Planning at Stribling Marketing Associates, Benjamin is an expert on the new developments market as well as the overall real estate market in New York City. The majority of Benjamin's time is devoted to studying all topics relating to the real estate industry and to developing an ongoing array of market resources, including market research reports, comparables reports, development survey reports and neighborhood development reports. Benjamin uses his knowledge and resources to consult with developers, brokers and architects on how to position new developments in the marketplace.

Previous to joining the Stribling Marketing Associates team, Benjamin spent several years working as both a consultant and a sales agent with several well-established new development marketing firms. He earned his master's degree of urban planning at New York University, for which he conducted planning and development research locally, nationally and internationally—spending time abroad in cities such as London, Paris and Shanghai. The recipient of a BA in economics and another in history from Tufts University, Benjamin also studied at The Bartlett School of Architecture and Planning at University College London in the United Kingdom.

In addition to providing research and consulting services at Stribling Marketing Associates, Benjamin spends considerable time with buyer and investment clientele looking to purchase in the New York City market.
