As Senior Vice President of Research and Planning at Stribling Marketing Associates, Benjamin is an expert on the new developments market as well as the overall real estate market in New York City. The majority of Benjamin's time is devoted to studying all topics relating to the real estate industry and to developing an ongoing array of market resources, including market research reports, comparables reports, development survey reports and neighborhood development reports. Benjamin uses his knowledge and resources to consult with developers, equity partners, brokers and architects on how to position new developments in the marketplace. His current and most recent projects include 130 West 12th Street, One Vandam at 180 Avenue of the Americas, Philip House at 141 East 88th Street, 508 West 24th Street, 182 West 82nd Street, 20 Henry Street, 456 West 19th Street, Devonshire House at 28 East 10th Street, 211 Elizabeth Street, 147 Waverly Place, Sky Lofts at 145 Hudson Street, One Hanson Place, 48 Bond Street, and The Plaza Private Residences, among many others.
Previous to joining the Stribling Marketing Associates team, Benjamin spent several years working as both a consultant and a sales agent with a well-established new development marketing firm. He earned his master's degree of urban planning at New York University, for which he conducted planning and development research locally, nationally and internationally—spending time abroad in cities such as London, Paris and Shanghai. The recipient of a BA in economics and another in history from Tufts University, Benjamin also studied at The Bartlett School of Architecture and Planning at University College London in the United Kingdom.
