Patrick is a leading New York City real estate broker and new development specialist. He combines more than 15 years’ experience in real estate brokerage, marketing, research and new development sales and leasing with exceptional creativity and unparalleled service to help clients maximize value on their real estate investments while minimizing risk.

Patrick joined Stribling to expand his business in Manhattan and in North Brooklyn and to create a client-focused brokerage service dedicated to residential real estate in Long Island City, a neighborhood that Patrick has called home for many years and where Patrick sold more than 200 apartments as Director of Sales of Hunters Point Condos. Patrick is also the publisher of The Long Island City Condominium Report, the first report to comprehensively cover Long Island City's condominium market.

Patrick provides outstanding customer service to sellers and buyers and his extensive knowledge of both current market conditions and trends that are shaping the real estate market, together with Stribling’s extensive networks and real-time real estate database, insure that his clients achieve optimal results. Patrick also serves as a pre-development consultant and exclusive marketing and sales agent on behalf of leading real estate developers in Long Island City and in North Brooklyn. Patrick’s developer clients are comprehensively supported by Stribling Marketing Associates, an industry leader in new development.

Patrick previously held senior positions at respected real estate companies. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of leading real estate consultancy, Nancy Packes Signature Marketing Services. In this role, Patrick specialized in the creation of market reports and studies for high-end residential developments, new development leasing and marketing, repositioning outdated apartment buildings, and, he was a senior member of a team that created a licensable database that contains detailed information on every existing, planned and under construction residential building in the City of New York. In his prior positions, as Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Director of Sales and Director of Leasing, at Brown Harris Stevens Project Marketing LLC, as noted above, Patrick led teams that sold more than 200 apartments in Long Island City, he leased new development rental buildings in Manhattan consisting of more than 1,200 units and he worked closely with the development team, for more than 3 years, on a mixed-use condominium development designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Andre Kikoski Architect located on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan.

Patrick has a unique background that informs his very effective approach in real estate. While Patrick was born and raised in New York City, he holds American and British citizenship. His mother immigrated to the United States from the Isle of Arran, Scotland, a beautiful place where Patrick maintains lasting relationships. Patrick has also traveled to Asia and Europe, with New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, to analyze a number of real estate developments and to visit with leading investors, financial institutions and developers that are making major investments abroad and in the United States. Patrick is grateful that he has been able to witness the tremendous change that has occurred in New York City since the 1980s while also being exposed to diverse cultures, communication styles and customs that are essential when selling, buying and marketing real estate in New York.

Patrick received a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University, a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Queens College and a LEED AP BD+C from the United States Green Building Council. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Urban Land Institute.
