Christopher P. Wilson, Executive Vice President, is a graduate of Dartmouth College and attended Parsons School of Design. Chris entered the real estate profession in 1983, and soon became one of New York's most highly-regarded brokers, affiliated, over the next decade, with The Halstead Property Company, Stribling & Associates Ltd, and Douglas Elliman. In 1996, Chris earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Investment from the New York University Real Estate Institute, and joined The Related Companies, where he was involved in marketing two of their very successful projects, the Strathmore at 400 East 84th Street, and the Sagamore at 189 West 89th Street. He returned to Stribling & Associates in 1998 as Senior Vice President, Director of Sales at Stribling-Wells & Gay. While there, he upgraded Stribling's downtown sales force while expanding its size by 40%. The Stribling TriBeCa Office, at 246 West Broadway, was opened in 1999 under his supervision. In 2000, Chris became Director, Project Marketing for Stribling Marketing Associates. In this capacity, he brought his design, brokerage and management experience to residential development project marketing on a citywide scale, working hand-in-hand with Stribling's marketing teams on residential development projects, including the condominium conversion of the renowned Plaza Hotel. He currently works side-by-side with Elizabeth Stribling, overseeing all non brokerage-related activities in Stribling's three Manhattan offices.
